• Orders are prepared for shipment the same day if received prior to 2 PM EST on business days. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be fulfilled the next business day.
• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, location, and carrier availability.
• We offer free economy ground shipping for the contiguous USA. Expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx are also offered at checkout.
• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. You’ll be notified before shipment if this applies.

• You have 60 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be new, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
• If the return is due to our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• If the return is due to customer error, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Inspect your package when it arrives and report any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

• If your product issue occurs within 60 days of delivery, and the item is new and uninstalled, start a return through our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
• If your issue occurs after 60 days and the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.
• If you need assistance, reach out to us, we will guide you through the process.

• Your payment method is charged when your order is placed. 
• You may cancel and refund your order at any time by Contacting Us before it ships.
• If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed. Please double check your billing details to avoid delays.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Some promotional items may not qualify for Buy Now, Pay Later payment options.

• Certain products are intended for off-road or race use only and may not be legal on public roads.

• Products that affect emissions may not be legal in California unless specifically labeled as CARB-exempt.
