Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product qualifies, you must contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Octane Haus LLC does not process, or handle warranty claims on behalf of any manufacturer. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
We can provide proof of purchase and the manufacturer’s contact information upon request to assist with your claim.
Octane Haus LLC offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. This return period is separate from any manufacturer warranty. Returns must follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.
