At Octane Haus LLC, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely, quickly, and with clear expectations from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives. We’re committed to making sure your order arrives as expected. All orders are managed and overseen, from fulfillment to delivery, by the Octane Haus team.
Order Fulfillment
- Our daily order cutoff time is 2 PM EST on business days.
- Orders are prepared for shipment the same day if received prior to 2 PM EST on business days. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be fulfilled the next business day.
- If an item is on backorder or requires custom processing, we’ll contact you with an estimated fulfillment timeframe.
Shipping Times & Delivery Window
- Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 5 - 7 business days after fulfillment.
- Expedited shipping options, such as next-day air, are available during checkout.
- If delays occur due to carrier issues or weather, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
- If a your order has not been delivered within 10 business days, please Contact Us.
Shipping Rates & Locations
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, location, and carrier availability.
- All shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase, there are no hidden fees.
- We offer ground and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time. Orders placed with unsupported addresses will be automatically cancelled and refunded. This restriction is also communicated at checkout.
Freight Shipping for Oversized Items
- At this time, Octane Haus does not support freight or oversized shipments. All products available on our website are shipped via standard ground or expedited shipping through FedEx or UPS.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Contact Us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and help get your order replaced or refunded as quickly as possible.
- High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. You’ll be notified before shipment if this applies.
- If the package arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the issue
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
- If a shipment is refused or undeliverable for reasons other than product damage, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Return shipping and re-shipping costs may apply in these cases, but we’ll always notify you of any charges before resending the order.
- If a carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us and processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Orders
- If your order is delayed, check your tracking information for the latest updates
- If there’s no movement for more than 5 business days, Contact Us so we can assist in locating your package or filing a claim
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll help resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are automatically emailed to you after your order ships.
- You can also use our Track Your Package feature by entering your order number and the contact information used at checkout.
- You’ll receive updates at every stage of your shipment.
