Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, USDC Cryptocurrency, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo and Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Affirm, After Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Orders will not ship until payment is verified. Fraud prevention measures may apply to suspicious transactions.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled if received prior to 2 PM EST on a business day. Orders received after the cutoff time will be fulfilled the next business day. Delivery times are only estimates and can be affected by carrier issues or weather. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, fulfillment location and destination. We offer ground shipping and expedited shipping options at checkout through UPS or FedEx. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to US territories.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Restocking Fees

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify. Products returned due to customer error may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Warranties

Octane Haus does not offer its own warranty beyond the 30-day return period. All product warranties, if applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer. Customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty claims after 30 days. We can provide proof of purchase and manufacturer contact information if needed.
