Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your payment method is charged immediately when an order is placed. Orders will not ship until payment is verified. Fraud prevention measures may apply to suspicious transactions.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our suppliers or warehouses using trusted carriers. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We offer free shipping over $300 and offer FedEx or UPS options at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is shipped. Lost or stolen packages after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Restocking Fees

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify. Some products may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Warranties

Octane Haus LLC does not offer its own warranty beyond the 30-day return period. All product warranties, if applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer. Customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty claims after 30 days. We can provide proof of purchase and manufacturer contact information if needed. All performance and off-road products are sold “AS IS.”
