Do your products come with a warranty?
We want you to be confident in your purchase. While we do not offer an extended warranty beyond our standard return period, many of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty.
If your issue occurs after 30 days and the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us — we’re happy to guide you through the process.

Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App and offer Buy Now, Pay Later programs such as Affirm, After Pay, and Klarna.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely - we use industry standard encryption to protect your details. To ensure secure transactions, we may request additional information to confirm the identity of the purchaser and ownership of the payment method.
Any information provided for verification will be used solely for fraud prevention purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never request your full card number, CVV code, or other sensitive payment details outside of the secure checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our distribution center is fully automated, once an order is placed it's immediately processed by the fulfillment center and is picked for shipment. Once a product is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel an order. Please Contact Us immediately if you decide to change or cancel your order. Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How can I track my package?
Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Tracking confirmation is automatically emailed to the contact information used at checkout.
Alternatively, you can use our Track My Package feature by entering your order number and email or phone number used during checkout.
Shipping Information
Can I change my shipping address?
Please confirm your shipping address prior to placing an order; once an order is placed, we are unable to change a shipping address. You may elect to contact the courier (typically FedEx or UPS) to try and intercept your package or hold for pickup at a location convenient to you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not fulfill or ship orders outside of the United States or to US territories.
What if my product arrives damaged, is missing parts or never arrived?
Occasionally, products are damaged during transit, are incomplete or the carrier fails to deliver the item. If this happens to you, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please Contact Us as soon as possible in order to correct the issue.
What if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimated and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates.
If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, please Contact Us to us so we can assist with locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide real-time shipping options through our carriers, typically FedEx or UPS. These rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and size, fulfillment location, delivery speed and carrier availability.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
What is your return or exchange policy?
We have a 30 day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. How many days will it take to receive a refund?
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days but may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
