Octane Haus is an online store offering performance aftermarket parts for your Truck and SUV. We operate out of Atlanta, Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and were founded in 2025 by a group of passionate car enthusiasts, aircraft mechanics, and content creators.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Any warranties for merchandise sold by Octane Haus are those made by the manufacturer of each specific product. No warranties are expressed or implied by Octane Haus for any products listed in our catalog or on our website. Warranty claims must be filed directly through the manufacturer. If a manufacturer is unresponsive, we are happy to step in and help a customer file a warranty claim.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Cash App and offer Buy Now, Pay Later programs such as Affirm and Afterpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely - we use industry standard encryption to protect your details. To ensure secure transactions, we may request additional information to confirm the identity of the purchaser and ownership of the payment method.
Any information provided for verification will be used solely for fraud prevention purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never request your full card number, CVV code, or other sensitive payment details outside of the secure checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our distribution center is fully automated, once an order is placed it's immediately processed by the fulfillment center and is picked electronically for shipment. Once a product is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel an order. Please Contact Us immediately if you decide to change or cancel your order. Returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. The request must be initiated by contacting Octane Haus through email at support@octanehaus.com or by calling us directly at (470)-870-8860. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. How many days will it take to receive a refund?
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days but may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 10 business days have passed since we've issued your return, please Contact Us.
How can I track my order?
Our system automatically emails a tracking confirmation, or customers can opt into text messages for tracking. Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not fulfill or ship orders outside of the United States. Orders outside of the lower 48 contiguous states may have extended transit times and/ or additional shipping chargers.
What if my product arrives damaged, is missing parts or never arrived?
