We want you to be confident in your purchase. While we do not offer an extended warranty beyond our standard return period, many of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty.

If your issue occurs after 30 days and the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us — we’re happy to guide you through the process.

We accept all major credit cards, USDC Crypto, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App and offer Buy Now, Pay Later programs such as Affirm, After Pay, and Klarna. Some promotional items may not qualify for Buy Now, Pay Later payment options.

Absolutely - we use industry standard encryption to protect your details. To ensure secure transactions, we may request additional information to confirm the identity of the purchaser and ownership of the payment method.

Any information provided for verification will be used solely for fraud prevention purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never request your full card number, CVV code, or other sensitive payment details outside of the secure checkout process.

Our distribution center is fully automated, once an order is placed it's immediately processed by the fulfillment center and is picked for shipment. Once a product is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

Please Contact Us immediately if you decide to change or cancel your order. Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Tracking confirmation is automatically emailed to the contact information used at checkout.

Alternatively, you can use our Track My Package feature by entering your order number and email or phone number used during checkout.

Please confirm your shipping address prior to placing an order; once an order is placed, we are unable to change a shipping address. You may elect to contact the courier (typically FedEx or UPS) to try and intercept your package or hold for pickup at a location convenient to you.

We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Occasionally, products are damaged during transit, are incomplete or the carrier fails to deliver the item. If this happens to you, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery in order to correct the issue.

Delivery times are estimated and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates.

If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, please Contact Us to us so we can assist with locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

We offer free economy ground shipping on orders above $199 for the contiguous USA. Expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx are offered at checkout. The price is automatically calculated based on weight, size, location, and carrier availability.

We have a 60 day return window, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. The request must be initiated by contacting Octane Haus. Items must be new, uninstalled and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. More information can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days but may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
