Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in shopping with Octane Haus LLC. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. The following outlines our clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To start a return or exchange, please contact us by email at support@octanehaus.com or by calling us directly at +1 (470) 870-8860. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals included. 
  • A return authorization helps ensure we can process your return quickly and correctly.
  • If a return is sent back without prior authorization, we'll still do our best to process it, but it may result in delays.

Who Covers Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, incorrect fitment, change of mind), you'll be responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method with insurance.

Reporting Damaged or Incomplete Orders

We carefully pack every order, but damage can sometimes occur in transit. Please inspect your package when it arrives and report any shipping damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery by email at support@octanehaus.com or by calling us directly at +1 (470) 870-8860.

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery and Contact Us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or refund. 
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification is not eligible for return or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of automotive parts, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" prior to purchase
  • Opened or installed electronic components (e.g., ECUs, tuners, programmers or software)
  • Installed or used parts
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or any issue. If approved:

  • The refund amount will include the product price and applicable taxes, minus any restocking fees (if applicable).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days (up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution). 

For prepaid or gift card purchases, refunds may be issued back to the original card or as store credit, depending on the card provider.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee may apply for returns for non-defective products purchased with standard payment methods (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Venmo). 

  • No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our error.
  • No restocking fee applies to Buy Now, Pay Later purchases (Affirm, Klarna and After Pay). 

This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing of returned products.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders

Items purchased through Affirm, Klarna or After Pay are eligible for return within the same 30 day return window as other payment methods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
